15 Years In, Still All In
I started coaching because I was tired of watching guys waste years on bad advice. Restrictive diets that wreck their relationship with food. Workout programs designed for 22-year-old bodybuilders that destroy a 40-year-old's joints. Quick-fix challenges that strip 10 pounds and then put 15 back on.
Fitness isn't supposed to be a punishment, and it's not supposed to take over your life. The goal is the opposite: training and eating in a way that fits your life and makes everything else better — your work, your family, your energy, your confidence.
I'm an NSCA-certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a certified Pilates instructor. I've spent 15 years working with men in their 30s, 40s, and 50s — busy dads, professionals, athletes, guys coming back to fitness after years off. The principles that work are simple. The hard part is executing them consistently for long enough to see results. That's what coaching is for.
I run my practice from Arlington, Massachusetts. Coaching is fully online, so location doesn't matter. What matters is whether you're ready to be consistent for 12 to 16 weeks. If you are, the system works. Every time.

Most people think fitness means giving up your life for the gym. I think the opposite. The goal is to train in a way that fits your life and makes everything else better. You don't need perfect equipment or a strict diet. You need a plan that challenges you, keeps you consistent, and reminds you that strength is built one choice at a time.
Why I Don't Take Everyone
I take a small, committed roster of clients on purpose. Coaching is application-only because the work I do with each guy is high-touch — weekly calls, daily messaging access, real program adjustments based on real data. That's not possible if you're trying to run 200 clients on autopilot through an app.
The application takes 90 seconds. I read every one personally. If we're a fit, we start with a strategy call. If we're not, I'll tell you why and point you somewhere better. Either way, you'll hear back within 48 hours.
