Acceptance into the program signals the start of your fitness onboarding. This phase is designed to eliminate guesswork and prepare you for Day 1.

  • Custom App Invite You will receive your private login for the Tone & Muscle training app. This serves as your mission control for workouts, progressive overload tracking, and direct communication with Patrick.
  • Enter Orientation Week You’ll complete a series of baseline measurements and movement history logs. This data allows Patrick to calibrate your training blocks for maximum safety and efficiency.

We build the structure so you can focus on the performance. By the time you start your first block, you will have total clarity on every rep, set, and meal.
